Terms of Service

By registering for or using NidsSolution ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

NidsSolution provides a cloud-based real estate CRM platform for lead management, call tracking, sales pipeline management, and related features. Access is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Each company account may have one administrator and multiple agent users as permitted by your plan. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, the account reverts to the Free plan unless a paid plan is selected.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed via Razorpay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including lead information, call records, and client data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, or to violate any applicable law or regulation.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access controls, and regular backups. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. On termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export your data before termination. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NidsSolution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
