Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with NidsSolution. This policy explains when and how refunds are processed.

1. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service before subscribing.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.

Refunds are not available for:

• Renewals after the initial subscription period
• Accounts that have been suspended for violating our Terms of Service
• Partial months or unused time on annual plans after the 7-day window

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@nidssolution.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Your Razorpay Payment ID (found in your billing history)
• Brief reason for the refund request

We process refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by downgrading to the Free plan from your Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
