This Privacy Policy explains how NidsSolution ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our CRM platform.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: Company name, admin name, email address, and phone number provided during registration.

Business data: Lead records, call logs, property listings, deal information, and other CRM data you enter into the Service.

Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited — used to maintain and improve the Service.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store only the payment status and order ID — we never store card or UPI details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the CRM Service
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, follow-up reminders)
• To improve and develop new features
• To respond to support requests
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help operate the platform (hosting, email, payment processing)
• Legal authorities when required by law

Your lead and client data is never shared with other companies using NidsSolution.

4. Multi-Tenancy & Data Isolation

Each company's data is strictly isolated. Agents and managers of one company cannot access data belonging to another company. Access within your company is governed by role-based permissions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@nidssolution.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, role-based access control, and regular backups. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
